QuickQ User Guide
From installing the app to choosing nodes and fixing common issues — follow these steps and you'll be running in minutes.
Download and install
Grab the build for your platform in the download centre. On Windows run the installer; on macOS drag the app into Applications; on mobile install from the store or the package.
Create an account and sign in
Register with an email you check often and activate through the verification link. The same account works on several devices, depending on your plan.
Choose a node
Start with Smart Connect — the client measures latency and picks the best node. You can also select a region manually from the node list.
Tune it for your use case
Pick streaming-tagged lines for video, enable gaming mode for lower jitter, or turn on split routing so only chosen apps use the tunnel.
Check the connection
Once connected, the app shows the active node, latency and live throughput. If latency looks high, switch to a nearby region and re-test.
Troubleshooting
Connected, but pages won't load
Switch nodes and clear the browser cache first. If it persists, disable other proxy or security tools and try again.
Slower than expected
At peak hours pick a less crowded node or switch to a wired connection, and confirm your local bandwidth is healthy.
"Account in use on another device"
You've hit the simultaneous-device limit. Sign out idle devices in the account centre or upgrade to a larger plan.
Moving to a new device
Install the client and sign in with the same email — your subscription syncs automatically.
